Shipping & Delivery

Our deliveries are done in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them thoroughly under General Terms & Conditions. Below is what you can generally expect from our shipping & Delivery policy.

When will you receive your order?

Online orders and delivery of online orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays between 8:00am to 5pm. Typically delivery of Stocked items will occur between 2 to 3 business days. Once order has been generated in our system you will receive a confirmation email. Typically, orders can take up to 2 business days to process, pack and despatch. The transit time of your order usually takes no longer than 24 hours after leaving our warehouse, however for the greater Sydney Metropolitan area and volume of orders allow a total of 5 business days of placing order to receive your goods.

When would delivery be charged?

Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and added to your shopping cart. If delivery prices aren’t shown please call our office or send email of your details through quick enquiry for a more accurate price based on your order. Deliveries to remote locations or outside the Sydney metropolitan area may incur extra delivery fee. A forklift fee may also be charged to your order after the order is placed on line. We will call you to discuss the circumstance’s so it’s important for you to include all your details including your phone number when you set up an account online.

How to prepare for your delivery?

It is important to provide your contact details or the details of the person onsite that will be signing for the unloading of the delivery. It is equally important if you have specific delivery instructions to specify at time of check out. If you are not at home or on site and the driver cannot get in contact with you, the driver will offload the goods accordingly at or near the delivery point. In circumstances when delivery cannot be achieved at or near the delivery point such as lack of parking or safety concerns, the goods will then be returned back to our warehouse. If the goods are returned a redelivery fee will apply.

Is it possible to have your order delivered to another address?

The delivery address provided online under the delivery section of the shopping cart is the address we deliver to. If you need to change the delivery address after completing the order online, you must notify us immediately by email of your request to change the delivery address.

Can you have delivery placed in a specific area?

We delivery to Kerb side only, we consider this to be near the delivery point. For items that come in smaller packages, the driver will normally knock on your door to hand over the goods. If you are not at home and the driver cannot get in contact with you, the driver will leave your goods in a safe location. Please note deliveries that need to be offloaded via forklift must be purchased separately and added to you shopping cart and, if you wish to have a forklift enter your job site/ home to offload you must notify us in writing after completing your order online. You ultimately bear responsibility and liable for any loss or damage to property as a result of your request.

What are you responsible for upon delivery?

Please ensure the delivery site is safe and accessible. You will be required to sign the delivery note to indicate your delivery has been received and free from any damage, missing or incorrect delivery. By signing the delivery note you accept the goods and take ownership. If you are not at home or cannot be contacted, the driver may deliver the goods if the driver feels necessary to do so, you must then inspect the goods immediately and notify us of any irregularities. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Can you pick up the goods instead?

If your preference was to pick up on your shopping cart, please notify us of your intended visit and allow up to 2 hours for same day pick up, in order for us to collect your goods from storage. We are conveniently located next door to Club Punchbowl on Canterbury Rd. We have plenty of parking for your convenience with a loading area. First visit our office to receive any paperwork and/or instructions regarding pick up. Your vehicle must be fit for the purpose to carry loads and you are responsible to secure the goods safely before exiting the site.
